Terms and Conditions for Booking to Me
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Booing to Me ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Appointment Booking
The App provides a platform for users ("Clients") to book appointments with salons ("Business"). Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments through the App. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee determined by the Salon.
4. Payments
Payments for salon services will be processed through the App. The App may charge a processing fee. Payment disputes are to be resolved between the Client and the Salon.
5. Salon Responsibilities
Salons are responsible for honoring booked appointments, providing quality services, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Any disputes regarding services should be addressed directly with the Salon.
6. User Accounts
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. The App is not liable for any unauthorized use of accounts.
7. Reviews and Feedback
Clients can leave reviews and feedback for Salons. The App reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or inaccurate.
8. Liability
The App is not responsible for any issues arising from the services provided by Salons. Clients and Salons are responsible for their own actions and any resulting consequences.
9. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Clients and Salons may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without permission.
10. Termination
The App reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these terms.
11. Modifications
These terms may be modified at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
